Google Mail 

To create an EML file in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the email you want to save as an EML file.

  2. Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the email.

  3. Click on the download message and this should generate an EML file for the corresponding email.

Now you have successfully created an EML file from your Gmail email.

Microsoft Outlook

To create an EML file in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook and select the email you want to save as an EML file.

  2. Click File in the top-left corner of the window.

  3. Select Save As from the dropdown menu.

  4. Choose a location on your computer to save the file.

  5. In the Save as type dropdown menu, select "Outlook Message Format - .msg or Email Message"

  6. Click Save to save the email as an EML file.

This will save the selected email as an EML file that can be opened in other email clients or imported back into Outlook.

Apple MacBook Mail Application

To create an EML file in the Mac Mail application, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mac Mail application.

  2. Select the email you want to save as an EML file.
