How to Delete Internal Submitted FORMS from Tickets

Summary

When a FORM is added as Internal in ticket , then Delete Form option is Greyed out. Agents cannot delete the Internal Submitted FORMS.

We have plans to make this option available in the future JSDCLOUD-13604 - Provide a way to delete submitted internal form on a request/ticket GATHERING INTEREST

Environment

Jira Service Management Cloud

Solution

In order to delete Internally Submitted Form,

  1. Click on 3 dots (...) in FORM menu
  2. Click Make form external > Select Make External in Pop-up menu.
  3. Click on 3 dots (...) in FORM menu again,
  4. Click Open customer edits > Select Open Edits in Pop-up menu
  5. Click on 3 dots (...) in FORM menu again > Select Delete form
