How to fix cards on Agile board that are stretched out over every column

Problem
Cards on the Agile board appear to be stretched out over multiple columns, for example:
notice PMTCM-1196, PMTCM-1197 and PMTCM-1207 are stretched out over the 7 configured columns.
Cause
The indexes are corrupted.
Resolution
Run a re-index via Administration >> System >> Advanced >> Indexing
