This page offers information on how to identify projects that have not been updated for a long time. By identifying these projects, you can better manage them, archive inactive projects (only available on Premium and Enterprise plans), and allocate your resources more efficiently.

Solution

To begin with, it's important to note that you will need to be a Site Admin to perform the steps we'll be outlining below:

  1. Click on ⚙️ Settings at the top right of the screen

  2. Choose "Projects"

  3. Choose "Manage Projects" in the left panel

  4. The column "Last issue update" is to the far right

  5. Sort descending by clicking on the column name "Last issue update"
