Currently, Knowledge Base articles show in the portal as "Suggested Articles" when creating a request, or the user needs to search for them.

The Feature Request below was raised for the ability to browse all articles in the portal:

JSDCLOUD-8737 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Since this feature is not implemented yet, here's a quick workaround to this case:

Add all articles to Knowledge base categories:

  1. In your service project, go to Knowledge Base and click on the plus icon + to add a New category
  2. Once the category is created, click on Add article and add all relevant articles to the category
You can feature (the article will be at the top of the category) the article as it better suits you.

This is how the categories will appear in the portal:

When you click on a category, you will get a list of all articles added.

(plus) An alternative solution is to create a Portal Announcement with a link to your Confluence page:

  1. Create space in Confluence (if you haven't created one yet) to grant the access
  2. Link the created space in your project's Knowledge Base (Project Settings > Knowledge Base)
  3. Set the view of the KB to "all logged-in users."
  4. After that, go to your portal's announcements (Project Settings > Portal Details > Manage portal announcements)
  5. Select Portal announcement and add your announcement, such as:

(lightbulb) You can even use Unicode characters! (smile)
  6. After the KB is properly set, go to your Confluence space > Space Settings > Space Permissions and edit who can view your space. You can set public access using Anonymous Access as well.
