Symptoms

Demo accounts are showing up as customers on the Customers Page on Service Projects.

Cause

The demo customers are accounts created with the Demo project for testing purposes.

Solution

To remove the demo customer accounts, please follow the steps below:

New UI:

• Go to admin.atlassian.com > Select your Organization.
• Products > Under site and products, select your site.
• Under User Management, select Jira Service Management > Find the account you wish to remove.
• Click on the (...) icon > Delete Account.

Old UI:

• Go to admin.atlassian.com > Select your Organization.
• Products > Under site and products, select your site.
• Under Jira Service Management, select Portal Customers > Find the account you wish to remove.
• Click on the (...) icon > Delete Account.
