Issues not showing up on a Team managed business project board

Summary
Few issues were not showing up on team managed business project board, although issues were in To Do and In progress statuses and not in Done status
Cause
- Although the status name is To Do and In Progress, the statuses were mapped to the Done category
- And in business project, this is the default behavior for a Jira work management board/business project board to remove Done issues from the board after 14 days. They will still show up in a search but they don't appear on the board unless they're moved back to a To Do or In Progress category status.
Solution
- Please navigate to your project -> Project settings -> Issue type -> Select the issue type.
- Click Edit Workflow.
- Click on To Do status, and then on the right tab, you will see Name and Category, change the category from Done to To Do.
- Update the workflow.
