JIRA Agile boards not displaying scroll bar

Symptoms

When accessing a board in JIRA Agile, no scroll bar is displayed to scroll down.

Cause

An announcement banner in JIRA can cause this problem.

Resolution

We have two options on this

  • Simply remove the Announcement Banner from JIRA

  • Analyse the current Announcement Banner and verify what is actually affecting the scroll bar
