Jira and Jira Service Management DMARC settings are managed separately.
JIRA - DMARC settings
You must be a Jira site admin to manage DMARC settings. To enable or disable DMARC:
From your top navigation, go to Settings (
) > System > Incoming MailUnder DMARC incoming email authentication select Enable or Disable.
This setting only applies to Jira projects using the default email account.
Jira Service Management - DMARC settings
You must be a Jira site admin to manage DMARC settings. To enable or disable DMARC:
From your top navigation, go to Settings (
) > Products > Jira Service Management > Email requests.Under DMARC incoming email authentication select Enable or Disable.
DMARC will override allowlists. If DMARC is enabled and an email from someone on an allowlist fails a DMARC check, their email will be blocked.
