Symptoms
The following errors occur during installation:
Could not create this file. Shall I try again?
java.io.EOFException: Unexpected end of ZLIB input stream
Cause
This problem is caused by an incomplete JIRA download (e.g.: Internet connection disruption, paused download, etc.).
Resolution
Download a fresh copy of JIRA installer via the JIRA download center.
