Legacy ServiceRocket Salesforce Connector removal in JIRA Cloud
With the release of a new Salesforce Connector for JIRA Cloud by ServiceRocket, the existing legacy connector is being removed. On 6 September 2016, Atlassian migrated all licensed customers of the legacy connector to the new version, available via the Atlassian Marketplace.
The legacy connector will be removed from JIRA Cloud on 31 October 2016. You should make sure you have migrated your Salesforce connection data by 31 October. Please follow ServiceRocket's migration guide.
Please disable the plugin to avoid reminders in the future
Upon successful migration of your data, we recommend disabling the legacy plugin. This will exclude your JIRA instance from receiving reminder prompts in the future.
