Remaining hours and Due Date auto populated when linking dependencies

Problem
When linking dependencies of upstream or downstream between stories, 1 day and due date is automatically populated.
Diagnosis
Client is using BigPicture - for ppm, project management for resource management
Cause
This is default behavior in BigPicture - for ppm, project management when synchronizing with JIRA.
Workaround
Ensure that all settings are configured for the BigPicture Gantt configuration, and Task period configuration is no synchonizing.
- Go to ⚙ > System > BigPicture > Gantt configuration
- Ensure all fields are completed
- Turn off 'Task period configuration'
