Remember My Login Does Not Work due to Accessing JIRA via Different Domains
Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
Symptoms
When customers use the different domain names for internal and external access to JIRA access, the "Remember my login" functionality is not maintained across domains.
Cause
The cookie saved from the login session is specific to a domain name. This is part of the specification, independent of JIRA functionality.
Resolution
There is no resolution to allow cookies for multiple domain names. Users must log in for each domain, and set the cookie for each one.
