Problem

Is it possible to remove the footer from the issue transition screen that says : 

Shortcut tip: Pressing full-stop (.) can also be used to open this dialog box

Resolution

This footer has been implemented in the System plugin : 'Jira Usage Hints'. If you disable the plugin, then you would not get the usage hints from Jira(which is the footer that you wish to hide).
