Requests doesn't show any issues in JSM Customer Portal

Summary
When the Reporter field is hidden from the screen, users are unable to see their created requests in the Requests section of the Customer Portal in Jira Service Management.
Set the Reporter field as visible
If the Reporter field is hidden, Jira Service Management will not detect issues in the Request section of the Customer Portal.
In order to make this field visible again, follow the below steps:
- Go to the Project settings > Fields > Actions > Edit fields > Select the Field Configuration.
Search for the Reporter field and click on Show to make it visible again.
