How to revoke the cancellation of a subscription?
Solution
Since we don't have an option in our UI to revoke the cancellation of a subscription initiated, below are the steps we can follow to achieve the same:
- Navigate to admin.atlassian.com and on the Manage Subscriptions page, click on Change and select the Standard Plan. If you are already on a standard plan, then select any other plan.
- Once it updates, it will show a dialogue box that you need to add a credit card. Click on Change and select the plan to which the product was initially subscribed again.
- The message "Cancellation pending" will not appear anymore and if you go to my.atlassian.com, it will show that your site is active.
