Slow when user accessing JIRA from different regions

Problem
Users in different region are having slowness when performing the following actions in JIRA 7.5.x:
- Edit, Assign and transition buttons
So far, no errors are showing from the log
Diagnosis
Environment
- JIRA 7.5.x and above.
- IE 11 or Chrome browser.
- Users from different region.
Diagnostic Steps
- Ping <JIRA-Domain>
Cause
JIRA 7.5.1 and above file size are increased from 1 to 2MB to load a page so if the other region user who has low bandwidth connection would had problem accessing JIRA.
Resolution
Increase the bandwidth to fix the issue.
