Summary
Some users in Jira are unable to view some fields in the create issue screen. The fields seem to have disappeared from the screen. Possible steps to resolve this issue are given in this article.

Solution
This issue might be caused due to the new "Hide unused fields when creating issues" feature in Jira, which automatically hides fields that have not been used by a user for some time, from the create issue screen for the user.
In order to resolve this issue, the affected users can follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to Settings > Personal Jira settings.
- In the General section, scroll down to find Jira labs.
- Disable the Hide unused fields when creating issues feature.
