Source Tab does not appear with Successful Applink to Fisheye or Stash
Symptoms
Application links are successfully setup between the applications, but the Source tab does not appear in JIRA's issue view.
Diagnosis
The integrated applications are running versions that are compatible with the fully featured Development Panel. See here to check the compatibility matrix:
Cause
With the release of JIRA 6.2, a new Development Panel interface had been added:
As of JIRA 6.2.1, the old source/commit tabs are now hidden in favor of the new Development Panel: JRA-37559 - Getting issue details... STATUS
Workaround
If the integrated applications have all the required capabilities of the Development Panel, then JIRA will detect this and hide the Source tab. There is currently no workaround for this, besides running older versions of the application. See the compatibility matrix to see details on which versions are affected.
