The 'Publish Draft Workflow' pop-up does not close after clicking Publish or cancel

Problem
Clicking the Publish button on the 'Publish Draft Workflow' pop-up should auto-close the pop-up and the changes on the workflow will be applied. However, the pop-up doesn't auto-close and user has to refresh the page to find the draft workflow which has been published successfully.
Clicking on cancel do not close the pop-up either.
Diagnosis
- Only happening to certain users/machines
- Only happening to one browser
Cause
Browser cache is corrupted
Resolution
Clear browser cache
