Unable to Close Sprint in a Team-managed Project

Diagnosis
Issues in the 'Done' status are not being detected as completed before closing a sprint. As a result, these issues will be moved to the backlog or the next sprint.
Cause
The 'Done' column is not at the end of the board.
Solution
Check to make sure that the 'Done' column is at the end of the board
