Unable to find Jira Agile or Jira Service Management Add-ons from Atlassian Marketplace
Problem
Searching Atlassian Marketplace for Jira Agile or Jira Service Management does not return either Add-on, thus you are unable to install either on Jira standalone.
Diagnosis
You are using a version of Jira < 7.0
Cause
With the release of Jira 7, these Add-ons have been re-packaged as the Jira Core, Jira Software and Jira Service Management Applications. Go to the Atlassian Migration Hub for further details.
Solution
Download the compatible version of Jira Agile of Jira Service Management and install the Add-on manually by following the steps below:
- From the application's administration console, click the Manage add-ons link.
- Click the Upload add-on link at the top right side of the page.
The following dialog appears.
- Enter the location of the JAR or OBR file to upload using the file chooser or by specifying a network location by entering a URL.
- Click Upload.
A confirmation message appears when the add-on is successfully installed. - If prompted, restart your application to have your change take effect.
You can now manage the add-on from the user-installed add-on list on the Manage add-ons page.
