Unable to view Project Role in comment restriction drop-down list

Problem
Users are not able to view the created project role under the comment viewing restriction drop-down list:
Cause
The user is not associated with the project role.
Workaround
Associate the user to the project role
- Go to Administration>Users
- Click on the Project Roles of your username under the Operation Column
- Click on Edit the Project Roles
- Tick on the Client checkboxes for that particular project as attached in the screenshot and Save:
