Problem

Jira Drag and Drop plugin (version 1.0.3) prevents Report Graphs from showing in Service Management.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Install Jira with Service Management 2.3.5.
  • Add Jira Drag and Drop plugin version 1.0.3 to the instance.
  • Go to the report page of any of your Service Management portals you would not be able to see the report charts correctly and when you mouse-over, you would only be able to see the report faintly

Resolution

Update the Jira Drag and Drop plugin to the latest version.
