The Portfolio for Jira team is pleased to announce the release of Portfolio for Jira 2.15.
We fixed the bug for when Portfolio data tables become unresponsive, which in effect keeps you from deleting plans.

Portfolio database tables become unresponsive
We've rolled out several fixes in Portfolio for Jira 2.15, but we want to highlight this specific fix:
JPOSERVER-2368 - Getting issue details... STATUS
Sometimes, when you're performing tasks in Portfolio, the database tables can unfortunately become unresponsive — and we found this to happen when you're deleting plans in a certain sequence.
With this issue fixed, you can now delete a plan without any exception errors preventing you to do so.
