Jira: Unable to add comment and use @mention when using Safari v14.0 browser with OneLogin extension enabled
Symptoms
Unable to add or update comments (Add button is greyed out) and also not getting the user name auto-complete when using the @symbol in the comment box. Using Mac OS X 10.15.7 and Safari v14.0.
Cause
The OneLogin extension when used in Safari is the culprit. This issue is only isolated to one browser (Safari v14.0) and a specific extension (OneLogin)
Workaround
Use an alternative option such as Chrome browser with the same extension.
