Page History

The 'Browse Space' view is your window to space-wide summary information as well as to a host of tools relating to the management of your space. You can browse a space from either the dashboard or from within a space by clicking this icon Image Added located at the top of every page.

The components in this view are organized into these tabs:

The tabs that are displayed to you will depend on the space permissions granted to you for the space. For example, if you are not a space administrator, the 'Space Admin' tab will not be visible to you.

1. Pages
   • View pages alphabetically
   • View recently updated content
   • See tree view of pages

   • Find an attachment

1. To browse a space from the dashboard click on the "Browse Space" link located beside each of the spaces listed.

2. To go to "Browse Space" view from within a space, click on the link located on the top right hand corner of every screen.

The "Browse Space" screen displays all the different components of that particular space. These are organized into tabs for easy navigation.

You can traverse between the tabs to see space-wide summary information, or to carry out administrative tasks which apply to all of the pages in that space.

The tabs available while browsing a Space are:

• Pages – the pages in the Space
• Attachments – attachments from all the pages in the Space.
• Mail – mail messages which have been sent to this Space's mailbox.
• News – view news items for this Space.
• Templates – manage page templates.
• Advanced – information about the space.
• Space Admin – administer the Space.
