There are three ways to find your Support Entitlement Number (SEN):

Method 1 may not be available as some Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) versions prior to 2.6.1 do not include SEN. Please check my.atlassian.com instead.


Your Support Entitlement Number is available in http://my.atlassian.com:

Your Support Entitlement Number (SEN) appears on the third page of your Atlassian Invoice.

    The screenshot of step 1 is not valid. In JIRA 5 (GH 5.9.3) the output is:

    GreenHopper's license is managed through the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM).

    Your license is currently valid. To access or update it please go to the UPM.
    However: in the UPM there is no SEN shown.
