With zAgile's Teamwork 3, we have been able to enhance the integration between JIRA and Confluence such that it is possible to develop business forms within Confluence and 'automanage' the JIRA-based workflow execution related to these forms. The end result is to keep the end users from requiring access to JIRA as they interact with various workflow-based actions. Confluence becomes the collaboration hub that can participate in business process tasks, allow users to create ad hoc content, as well as become the dashboard for such activities with professional quality reports.
