The region of your maintenance window is determined by the time zone you selected during the license signup.

To change the region, file a support ticket and our friendly support team will be in touch with you to schedule a restart of your site for the change to take effect.

      I tried to do it myself and did't find the region setting either. I just asked in the team and it looks like there is no way to update the region for the maintenance window in an automated way. You will have to file a support issue for that purpose: https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JST. – Regards, Lingbo
