Bonfire for browsers - Flash screenshot capture
Due to the different ways the major browsers capture screenshots of a web page, not all Flash objects embedded in a page will be shown in a Bonfire screenshot.
Which objects are captured depends on the "wmode" parameter passed to the Flash object at the time it is loaded.

Bonfire for browsers - Java Applet screenshot capture
Most browsers run Java applets in "windowed" mode, which causes the same inconsistencies in screenshot capture as encountered with Flash objects (detailed above).
This also applies to other embedded object processes such as Unity3D.
