A CFD can be useful for identifying bottlenecks. If your chart contains an area that is widening vertically over time, the column that equates to the widening area will generally be a bottleneck.

To view the cumulative flow chart:

  1. Access the Rapid Board using the top navigation bar, then select your Rapid View from the 'Rapid View dropdown' (see Using the Rapid Board).
  2. Click the 'Report' tab, then select 'Cumulative Flow Diagram'. The cumulative flow diagram for the version will be displayed (see screenshot below).
    (info) The cumulative flow diagram is based upon your Column Mapping.
