The Atlassian Marketplace allows customers to purchase apps directly from Atlassian; Atlassian Solution Partners can purchase Marketplace apps to resell to customers and for themselves. Due to certain tax issues, customers from select countries cannot purchase Marketplace apps at this time (that is, customers in any country not on this list).
