Symptoms

When trying to add a Team Calendars for Confluence license to Confluence, an error is displayed in the license panel: "Incompatible with product license (different number of users)"

Resolution

  1. Update your UPM to the latest version
  2. Re-apply your Confluence license
  3. Re-apply your Team Calendars for Confluence license
