Look and feel settings in Confluence Cloud

You can change the appearance, or look and feel of Confluence Cloud for the whole instance (globally) or for individual spaces. 

Changes you make to the whole instance will also apply to all spaces that are inheriting the global look and feel.  Users with space administrator permissions can further customize the appearance of a space and override the global look and feel for that space. See Customize your space for more.
