You can create a page from anywhere within Confluence so long as you have the permission to create one.
There are two ways to add a new page:
1. Clicking on the 'Add Page' link located beside each space on the Dashboard or at the top of every page.

2. Defining a link from withing a page.
In Confluence, you can create links to pages that do not as yet exist. This is a useful facility as it allows you to create links first and enter content for those pages later.
For example, Link to new page.
Click on the link to add content by following the same steps as above.
Pages in Confluence are written using a simple notation that allows for all the styles available in a standard text editor.
