Use Confluence's Thumbnail macro when you want to create a thumbnail of any inline image attached to a page. Clicking on the thumbnail image pops up a window containing the full-size image.
For example, the code
!waterfall.jpg|thumbnail! |
produces this image
To use the macro, copy the above code into your page and replace the image name with your own image name.
