Use Confluence's 'Thumbnail Macro' when you want to create a thumbnail of any inline image attached to a page. Clicking on the thumbnail image pops up a window containing the full-size image.

The macro resizes the original image proportionately and allows a maximum height or width of 200 pixels.

(info) You need to attach an image before you can use this macro.

For example, the code:

!waterfall.jpg|thumbnail!

produces this image:

To use the macro, copy the above code into your page and replace the image name with your own image name.
