Troubleshooting indexing errors, duplicate forms, and form count errors

Indexing Errors and Duplicate Forms

Duplicate forms may appear on the JSM portal or on the Forms Sections of an issue if both ProForma and ProForma Lite are installed. To resolve this error, uninstall ProForma Lite. Form templates created with ProForma Lite will continue to be available.

Form Count Errors (Three form limit in ProForma Lite)

You are limited to three form templates when using ProForma Lite, the free version of ProForma. If you are receiving a message that says you have reached your limit, you can check the total number of templates by:

  1. Go to Jira Settings > Apps > Manage Apps.

  2. Under ProForma, click Forms. This will show you a list of all form templates and their respective projects.

Note that if you have archived projects and form templates have been used, they will be included in count.

If there are fewer than three form templates, but you are still receiving the error message:

  1. Go to Jira Settings > Apps > Manage Apps.

  2. Under ProForma, click Configuration.

  3. Use the toggle to disable and then re-enable ProForma on all appropriate projects. This will trigger ProForma to reset the form count.
