Existing customers on the JIRA 100+ (formerly known as the JIRA Unlimited license) or Confluence 2,000 and 2,000+ User license can upgrade to Enterprise at any time and receive the benefits of Enterprise.

Please refer to the following pages for upgrade pricing:

If you prefer to continue with your JIRA 100+, Confluence 2000, or Confluence 2000+ user license, you may renew your existing license for an additional two (2) years, from the launch of the Enterprise offering (JIRA: 22-Feb-2012; Confluence 02-Nov-2012), at your current renewal price.

JIRA:

If your license expires on or before 22-Feb-2014, you can still renew ONE LAST TIME for ONE MORE YEAR at the old rates.

If your license expires on or after 22-Feb-2014, you HAVE to renew based on the current pricing.

Confluence:

If your license expires on or before 2-Nov-2014, you can still renew ONE LAST TIME for ONE MORE YEAR at the old rates. You can also renew your old Confluence 2000+ user license one more time for one more year.

If your license expires on or after 3-Nov-2014, you HAVE to renew based on the current pricing. Additionally, if you own Confluence 2000+ user license, that can no longer be renewed as is and you will need to renew as either Confluence 10,000 users or 10,000+ users.

If you have any questions, please contact us.

*Renewals are available in 12 month increments unless co-terming with other software maintenance. If co-terming JIRA the maintenance the end date cannot exceed 22-Feb-2015; Confluence cannot exceed 02-Nov-2015.
