Requesting a quote
Submit your request through our Quote & Order Form. In the Step 3, check "Get a Quote" and click submit.
Once complete, we'll send an email to the named billing and technical contacts with an official quote/paid invoice attached.
Please note that we do not create quotes for starter licenses, and any orders for starter licenses must be paid by credit card.
You can request a quote for the annual payment option only. Existing monthly subscribers can use our contact us form to request an annual subscription quote from our customer advocate team.
To receive a formal, no-obligation quote, we require our Quote & Order Form to be completed first.
To renew or upgrade to a higher user tier on an existing license, click the 'Renew' or 'Upgrade' tab in Step 1. You will want to have the following details on hand:
* the current end user's name and email address
* the existing license SEN (Support Entitlement Number)
Once the order form is completed, we will send you the End User Agreement and official quote via email.
The first page of the quote/invoice provides complete payment details. Once payment is received in full, you will be able to access the license key and source downloads via the 'Licenses' page in my.atlassian.com. You can track the status of your order via the 'Order Centre' tab in my.atlassian.com.
