What do I do if I have exceeded my user limit?

If you have exceeded your user limit, you can either purchase an upgrade to the next user tier or remove inactive users so that your user count is within your existing limit.

 You can purchase or generate a quote for an upgrade via our Quote & Order Form or my.atlassian.com. See our Upgrades FAQ for more information. Please note that download product licenses cannot be combined to increase the number of users for a single instance - you must instead upgrade to the next user tier.
