Get requests from a help center
Your service desk project comes with an online help center where customers can request help from desktop or mobile.
From the help center, customers can browse all the service desks they have access to. They can help themselves by searching for how-tos and FAQs, or fill out a request form to ask your team for help.
For example, an employee might come to their company's help center to get help with VPN. After they send the request, they get a confirmation email and can correspond with the agent via email. Alternatively, if customers create an account, they can track all their requests in My requests:

How you find the help center
Project admins might visit the help center to customize it or add announcements. To get to the help center, you can use the URL, or go to Project settings > Portal settings.
