If you have linked two applications via Application links, you can also link projects, spaces or other entities within the two applications. An entity is one of the following:

JIRA project.
Confluence space.
FishEye repository.
FishEye project. This is the Crucible project if you have installed FishEye and Crucible, otherwise it is the paths associated via the 'FishEye Project Content' function in FishEye.
Crucible project.
Bamboo project.
