Symptoms

Login attempts are failing when trying to login into Stash with Crowd credentials.

Cause

The user was not defined in the group stash-users.

Resolution

  1. Go to Stash Admin.
  2. Accounts.
  3. Global Permissions
  4. Define user to be inside stash-users group.
  5. Synchronize Stash with Crowd.
  6. Try to login again.
