After updating confluence or the Insight for confluence macro you should re-authenticate the connection between confluence and jira.

To do that


  1. Head to the application links in your system configuration for Confluence and Jira 
  2. Delete the application link for confluence.
  3. Re-add it again.
  4. You have to authorize the macro after loading it in your page. You will be prompt to allow confluence to collect Insight information from Jira. Click on accept.
  5. If you are still being prompt to allow authentication between confluence and Insight restart your confluence instance.

Now the macro should load your schema and objects.
