If the results of a Plan build* is no longer required, you can completely remove it from your Bamboo system. The 'results of a Plan build' (also known as a Plan build result) includes the results of all Job builds that were processed as part of an individual Plan build (with a specific build number).

Deleting the Results of a Plan Build

Before you begin:

To delete the result of a Plan build:

  1. Access the Plan's Plan Summary page. To do this:
    1. Click 'Home' to go to the Dashboard.
    2. Click the 'All Plans' tab.
    3. Locate the plan in the list and click its name (i.e. before the first '>').
  2. From the Plan Summary page, there are two ways to delete the result of a Plan build:
    • Via the Build History tab:
      1. Click the 'Build History' tab to display a table of the previous Plan build results (with the most recent towards the top of the table).
      2. Locate the relevant build result and click the 'Delete' icon (see screenshot below).
    • From a recent Plan build result:
      1. In the Recent History section of the Plan's Plan Summary page, click the number of the Plan build result you want to delete.
      2. Click the 'Actions' menu (at the right of this page) and select the 'Remove This Result' menu option.
  3. After confirming the removal of the Plan build result, any artifacts generated as a result of the Plan build's execution, will be deleted.
