The Change-History macro shows the history of updates made to a page — version number, author, date and comment. It displays this information inline, as shown in the following screenshot.

To add the Change-History macro to a page:
Speeding up macro entry with autocomplete: To edit an existing macro: Click the macro placeholder and choose Edit. This will display the parameters of the macro in the Macro Browser.
