You can send all of the comments from a review to anyone you want via email. You may wish to do this to allow a person outside the review to quickly scan the content of the comments, or oversee the review activity. Alternatively, you may wish to send all participants this information to let them read the current status of the review and its comments in full.

Sending a Review's Comments via Email

To send all of a review's comments via email,

  1. In Crucible, navigate to the review in question.
  2. In the toolbar, next to the 'Summarize' 'Close' or 'Reopen' buttons, click the new button labelled .
  3. The 'Send Mail' page appears. On that page:
  4. In the 'To:' field you can enter multiple email addresses, separated by commas.
  5. In the 'Users:' field, you can type usernames from your Crucible instance to add them to the distribution list.
  6. When you're finished the distribution list, click the button. The email will be sent immediately.
  7. You will receive a confirmation screen after the email is successfully sent. From this screen, you can choose to send another email by clicking .

(info) Users that are not logged in cannot send email, but instead can view the text content of the review's comments by clicking the 'View Text' button which will appear instead of .
