You can view your issues in GreenHopper in three different ways.

  1. As summaries
  2. As detailed cards
  3. As a row in a table

All these views can be configured via the CARD TEMPLATE in the Configuration settings.

Summaries

 

The summary card is a none editable compact view of the issue. The purpose of this view is to display the most important fields of the issues in a card-feel form.

Detailed Cards

 

The detailed card is an editable and more complete view of the issue. It is heavier (slower) then the summary card but will present more fields and you will have access to the card dropdown menu. The dropdown menu will offer you more issue actions like delete, comment and flag.

The detailed card view is always accessible by a simple double-click from all other issue views.

List

 

The list view is the old fashioned table view. The issue will simply be displayed as a single row. This view is more intuitive when prioritising and more compact.
